Cabarga Cursiva
The formidable partnership of father and son: Demetrio E. Cabarga and Leslie Cabarga, two eminent New York designers, developed the Cabarga Cursiva font which is a unique, contemporary script typeface. Cabarga™ Cursiva Com Plain
Cabarga Cursiva is the work of the father and son team of Demetrio E. Cabarga and Leslie Cabarga, both New York designers. The details of the sharp strokes almost give the impression of a knife blade, whether straight or curved like a scimitar. The capitals should be used only as initials and are complemented by a robust lower case alphabet as well as alternate forms and ligatures.
Cabazon
Cabazon is a slightly informal blackletter inspired by handlettering samples from many sources, and various time periods. Various works by Rudolf Koch and Friedrich Heinrichsen are clearly reflected. The work of showcard lettering artists Ross Gerorge and Samuel Welo as well as early manuscript samples were also helpful in developing this style.
